We have a 30-minute call dedicated to understanding your goals and expectations. I introduce myself properly to ensure you have a clear understanding of what to expect from me and present my packages so that you know exactly what to expect.
proposal
I will prepare a proposal outlining the project costs and included revisions. Every project is scoped individually, which makes it difficult to give a single number without understanding your specific needs first. To give you a general sense: A visual identity can range from €2,200 for a streamlined scope with a focused strategy, up to €8,000 or more for an extensive system with deep brand guidelines and a full strategic foundation. A website can range from €1,500 for a focused landing page up to €20,000+ for a complex, multi-page ecosystem with advanced development requirements. The right investment for your project depends entirely on what it actually needs. Reach out and we'll scope it honestly together.
kick-off
Once the initial payment is made, through a client questionnaire and an online meeting, we kick-start the project with a comprehensive call. I'll delve deep into your brand to identify what will visually attract your dream customer and effectively communicate what sets you apart from the competition. This phase helps me to understand your passion driving your business choice, and your preferences – what you love and what you're not so fond of.

Within 4 weeks of our kick-off call, I'll unveil 3 logo concepts accompanied by carefully selected colour palettes, fonts, and initial visual identity options. These designs will be showcased on various platforms like business cards, websites, and social media. You'll have the opportunity to choose the concept that resonates most with your vision and aspirations.
Brand Style Guide and Master Files
After the Creative Journey Presentation, I offer two revision rounds to ensure your expectations are met impeccably. Once we both are delighted with the outcome, I create a comprehensive visual identity pack for you. This includes all necessary logo formats, printing and online-ready files, and a brand guideline, providing you with a cohesive and professional brand representation across various platforms.

During our call, we clarify the purpose of your website and whether you have content ready or if you prefer to work alongside a professional copywriter and photographer. Together, we customise the approach to suit your needs. I'll kickstart the design process in Figma for your approval. When it comes to development, you have two choices: either a simple Webflow website with my assistance, or a WordPress development with an experienced developer I regularly collaborate with.

I start by creating wireframes for your approval, outlining the website's structure. Using Figma, I design the homepage and one page, often leveraging templates for Webflow or WordPress. In the initial presentation, you'll see the homepage and the subpage. If the style aligns with your vision, I proceed to design the entire website in Figma. Once approved, I export all files, ensuring they are ready for development.
